Gresham operates an Associate programme using highly skilled and qualified, experienced former executives of major corporations. All are accredited for their suitability to specific projects. We do not "shoe horn" resources into an assignment but rather select the ideal consultant with the most experience and appropriate skills for the task.

Experienced in new product development and the revitalisation of consumer focused brands, using all components of the marketing mix. Knowledge of different channels to market including retail, direct to consumer, the internet and internationally via distributors and agents. Formerly Managing Director of Mills & Boon, VP International Golden Books( USA), VP Group Marketing Hallmark International, VP Games Europe Hasbro and VP Marketing Tonka Intl.

A General Manager with international P&L experience and in-depth knowledge of diverse industrial sectors: capital equipment, electronics, defence, process and chemicals, fire & security. Expert in implementing major change programmes to achieve company turnarounds and accelerate growth, increasing operational efficiency and creating competitive advantage. Formerly, Managing Director in ‘blue chip’ multinationals operating in global markets - Kidde, Williams, Pirelli, STC, GEC/Marconi Radar & Canon. Tri-lingual (fluent in English, Italian & Greek) with good French.

A global supply chain specialist. Specialising in lean manufacturing and JIT supply chain techniques, John formerly held senior positions within Shell and Castrol and has helped many Blue Chip companies to reduce costs and improve customer service. John is Chairman of The British Shippers Council and a board Director of the Freight Transport Association.

- Ian Hillan MSc FRSA
Ian is an experienced board level “commercial exploiter” of technology who has also had P&L responsibility for non-technology functions. He has been an executive member of significant plc boards as well as holding non-executive roles with smaller technology companies.
His roles have included IT Director at the Financial Services Authority and Group IT Director for W H Smith. His previous career included senior consulting at PWC (Coopers & Lybrand).

Extensive knowledge of supply chain and logistics management. Experienced in global sales and marketing positioning and managing businesses across multi-cultural lines. Previous executive positions include President, International Division, of Pinkerton Security, Global Sales & Marketing Director for LEP International, Managing Direction of Menzies Worldwide Distribution, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for BAX Global and Director Europe, Africa and the Middle East for Airborne Express.

Allan Bennett
Alan is a highly experienced Project and Programme Director with extensive experience in IT and Operations. His experience covers a range of areas including Strategy, Implementation and ongoing Service Delivery. Roles include Programme/Project Management, IT Director, Operations Director, General Manager and Division Manager. His experiences over the last 20 years of hands on leadership have been in the Outsourcing, FMCG and Food sectors. Outsourcing has been for blue-chip Telco and Financial Service customers.
