Clearly not all assignments lend themselves to performance related fees; however, wherever this is possible Gresham will aim to deliver success largely at our risk. Our level of expertise and confidence, together with our involvement in delivering improvements as well as advising on them, allows us to offer a unique entrepreneurial " no win no fee" or “no cure, no pay” business promise.
In simple terms this means that unless our work results in the projected performance growth, agreed early on during our work, we take only a modest day rate fee.
